White Box, as is, and we build out: What is your flavor?

As is- What you see is what you buy. At avenue 23 we go through and clear out the condo, move walls, add a new kitchen, and so much more; However, sometimes a buyer would like it “as is” for less money, and they do the work as they see fit. It is a great way to get a low price with very little up front cost.

White box- If you are a builder or designer and want to make a space your own without our help, than a white box unit could be perfect for you. With a white box unit, we go through, demo the condo, rebuild to drywall state, and you take over from there.

Build out- This is the most popular option! We have 3 units finished to choose from. They start at $70,000 and can reach to over $100,000.
